I just want to say that I did not have any service done. I brought in my car because of a bone head mistake by not double checking my wheels after my own work, and what resulted was a broken wheel stud; mind you, while making a road trip down to LA. So I want to shout out one of the owners, Harout, for his genuine care and professionalism. I initially came in seeking to get the one stud replaced, but he took his time to research my wheel hub to ensure he had the part and could make a good recommendation. Unfortunately, the timing just didn't work out since he recommended OEM (needed to order the parts) for reliability and safety, which I agree with. But because I told him why I was in town he offered to double check the torque. I was surprised because he didn't have to do that, and I get the feeling that's just how he treats his customers. Highly recommend anyone check them out!

Hovik and crew are amazing. Called in with a car they don't even usually work on. I dropped off in the morning, half an hour later they called to explain the issue in detail, gave accurate and fair pricing, fixed it a few hours later, and had a detailed receipt and my car back same day. It's so rare to find trustworthy auto services in LA at times, so if you're in the area you should come here, huge thanks to them for the quick and quality service.

I seriously cannot recommend this auto shop enough! I walked in needing my front bumper repaired, expecting to schedule an appointment or leave my car for days — and they got it done in what felt like 6–7 minutes. I’m not even exaggerating. The speed was unreal. Not only was it fast, but the quality was excellent. The bumper looks as good as new, and you’d never know there was damage to begin with. The team was also incredibly kind and welcoming. They treated me with patience and care, which made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. ⚠️ WARNING BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR CAR HERE ⚠️ I brought my Mini here about a month ago for a cooling system issue. They charged me an additional amount that I felt was unfair, but I paid it anyway because I assumed the extra charge meant the repair would be done correctly and I wouldn’t have any problems afterward. Less than a month later, I began experiencing high engine temperature again. I was confused because I had just paid to fix this exact issue. I took a closer look and realized the leak was coming from the radiator hose they had presumably replaced and charged me for. Before I left the shop originally, Hovik told me the repair was under warranty. So today, I called him to ask for warranty service. Instead of honoring the warranty, he immediately brought up a Yelp review and told me that if I remove my negative review, then he can honor the warranty. This was extremely concerning and unprofessional. I felt bullied and pressured into taking down my review in exchange for basic warranty service that I already paid for.
